Introducing the Quenby Cradle

Providing dignity and comfort in times of miscarriage.

Every fifth pregnancy ends in miscarriage

It’s often abruptly and in the cold isolation of a bathroom. This distressing experience leaves a trail of depression and anxiety.

Recognising this, the Department of Health has called for more considerate handling of pregnancy loss remains.

It’s important to provide women with a compassionate way to collect remains, easing the immediate emotional pain and helping to supply answers that bring comfort over time.

A Compassionate Response

To address the need for dignity and care during miscarriage, we developed the Quenby Cradle, led by Professor Siobhan Quenby, a world-renowned expert in miscarriage research.

It just makes you feel like you’re doing something and looking after yourself in the best way at that moment.”

It offers a sense of control and comfort, allowing you to manage the process privately and on your terms.”

It gives you the tools and support you need, so you can handle things at home, with privacy and dignity.”
