Measurement Process

Analysis and Results

Impedance data is analysed using machine learning models trained on clinical data.

The device determines the presence of Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injuries (OASI).

Results are displayed as PASS (no OASI) or REFER (OASI detected) and, if possible, location.

The ‘PASS’ result indicates no OASI detected.

You can assure your patient that there is no injury, so she can safely embrace motherhood.

The ‘REFER’ result suggests potential OASIs.

You may decide to repair the sphincter or include specialist (EAUS) diagnostics.

Easy to operate and navigate

This highly portable, rechargeable device has a built-in memory for data storage, and the USB connection facilitates the seamless transfer of data to the ONIRY App – software designed for the comfortable management of patient data and printing of test results.

It is very powerful and easy to use. The ONIRY Spectrometer is a reliable and precise device that provides outstanding performance and accuracy in OASI detection.

Prioritise patient comfort

The ONIRY Probe has been thoughtfully designed to prioritise patient comfort. It is no wider than a finger, and the measurement process takes less than 1 minute. Patients can lie comfortably, and the undetectable measuring current further enhances the experience.
